Applications are open for everyone who;

1. Obtained a tertiary qualification (National Diploma/Degree) in the above fields, within the past 2 years, i.e 2022 to date.
2. Is a Namibian citizen.
3. Is a final year student awaiting results – letter from tertiary institution required.
